SHIPPING
  • When will I get my order?
    If the items on your order are on our shelves, we'll get them out to you immediately.
    Let us know when you order if you have a deadline - and we'll let you know if we have a problem getting it to you.
    Framed prints and carpets must be ordered to your specification and will generally take several weeks.


  • What are your shipping charges?
    A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be added to orders totalling less than $60.00.
    Shipping charges of 10% will be added to orders totalling $60.00 to $499.00.
    Shipping charges of 8% will be added to orders totalling $500 to $999.00.
    Shipping charges of 5% will be added to orders totalling $1000.00 to $2000.00.
    Shipping is FREE for orders totalling over $2000.


  • Can I pay a little extra to get my order faster?
    BLUE LABEL UPS: If the items on your order are on our shelves, we can send your order out so that you will get it in two business days (for example, if you order before 8:00 am. EST on Monday, you will have it by Wednesday). Add an additional $11.75 for this shipping option. This shipping option is not available for certain orders.
    ORANGE LABEL UPS: We can also send your order out so that you will get it in three business days (for example, if you order before 8:00 am. EST on Monday, you will have it by Thursday). Add an additional $7.75 for this option.
    Please indicate the rush shipment option that you prefer under "Special Instructions" in our shopping cart or indicate your special shipping needs by leaving an email message by clicking on "Contact Us" in the menu bar.
    The extra charge for rush shipping will not show up on the shopping cart, but it will be added at the time of shipment. This shipping option is not available for certain orders.

  • How will you ship the art print I'm ordering?
    The best way to get your print to you, without creases, is to roll it in a shipping tube - so that's what we do. We never fold a print. We want you to be able to frame it and hang it with pride.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, we have discontinued international shipments.

    You can use credit cards safely on our shopping cart or you can FAX your order with credit card number to 843-671-4665.
  • Where can I mail my order with check or credit card info?

    We'll ship your order as soon as we receive payment.
  • Can you send out my order and bill me?
    We have to have payment before we send orders to individuals.
    However, we do accept purchase orders from and bill schools and libraries.


    FRAMING

  • There's no frame shown with the print I want. Can you frame it?
    Let us know which print you're interested in - and we'll let you know whether we can put in a frame for you.

  • There is a frame shown with the print I want, but I'd prefer another style frame. Can you frame it in a different style?
    We usually have alternatives available for you especially if the print you're ordering is framed in a standard size frame (ie: 16" x 20", 11" x 14", 18" x 24").


    AVAILABILITY

  • I'm looking for a piece of art by a certain artist (or about a certain topic). Do you have it stashed away in your art files?
    Could be! Who's the artist? What's the topic?


  • Do you have a teacher guide for the novel I'm teaching this year? I don't see it on your list of Novel Units.
    It's possible we have it but don't have it shown. What is the title?

  • Can you send me a sample?
    Sorry - we've tried sampling programs, but they don't work well for us. However, you are free to return any of our products (except unframed/unmatted posters) if you are not satisfied.



    CARPET SAFETY STANDARDS

  • We're interested in one of your activity carpets, but we have to meet certain safety requirements. Will your carpets meet them?
    Probably. Our carpets are designed to meet the rigid fire and safety standards set up by schools and other public institutions. We can fax or mail the specifications to you.


    PURCHASE ORDERS

  • I'm ordering for a school. Do you accept purchase orders?
