Here's the place to save on pre-read or shelf-weary books
The books shown have either been pre-read or have been sitting on our shelves for a while.
Condition descriptions:
New: Excellent.
Like New: It's like new but it may have shelf wear (like dust!).Excellent: Like new except might have been reviewed and may have "Review copy" stamp on inside page.
Very good: Above average, minimal wear.
Good: good means average wear and tear for a used book May have bent pages, underlining, previous owner's names, creases, edge wear etc. Still very readable.
Fair - Poor: We seldom sell books of this condition unless they are out of print or hard to find. If listed, know that it has some value despite its condition.
Codes indicating book condition:
A New condition. Hasn't been read.
B Like new. Has been read, but looks like new.
C Pre-read. Good condition. May have a bent page or two or a slightly mussed cover.
D Pre-read. Looks like it's been around. Pages may be yellow.
SW Shelf weary. Hasn't been read but is a little tired of sitting on the shelf. May have yellowed pages or slightly scuffed cover.
Q An old book. Could be a collector's item.
