Sea Otter with Kelp

This cute guy floats along on his back clutching a piece of kelp. (not really - he's not waterproof - but he looks like he's floating)

The Folkmanis sea otter puppet with kelp is 17 inches (43.2 cm) long. You can move either the front two legs or the rear two legs. The kelp is attached to one arm. The sea otter puppet is designed to be on his back just like we see them in the ocean.
